Cloosphere is licensed as self-hosted software. Choose a tier based on the features you need, and we provide a quote based on deployment scope and operating term.
Three principles
Licensed as a build fee plus an annual operations contract
We don't charge platform fees by conversation count, tokens, or seat count. You pay the license fee once at deployment, then renew an annual operations contract.
LLM usage is billed to your own account, at cost
You're billed each provider's official rate directly through the account you connect — Azure OpenAI, Vertex AI, OpenAI, and so on. Cloosphere adds no margin to LLM usage. Register a per-model unit price on the usage screen to estimate cost in advance.
No separate add‑on just for controls
Audit logs and guardrails start at Standard; global guardrails, file guardrails, Code Gateway, and encryption are included in Enterprise. There are only two add-ons: Marketplace and Harness.

- Deployment
Installation, SSO, database integration, and Knowledge Base ingestion are handled as a project.
- Operational support
Technical support for Cloocus MSP operations or for your own team's operations.
- Updates
Monthly scheduled releases. Feature updates are included in the annual operations contract.
- LLM account
If you don't have an account, Cloocus can help set up and run Azure or Google Cloud as an MSP.
Pricing FAQ
Why isn't pricing published?
Deployment cost varies significantly by environment (cloud, on-premises, air-gapped) and integration scope. What each tier includes is exactly what's in the table above; we provide a configuration-based quote when you request a demo.
Roughly how much does LLM usage cost?
It depends on your usage and models. In a demo environment we measure token usage against real questions and estimate a monthly figure using the cost estimator on the usage screen.
Can we upgrade tiers mid-contract?
Yes. You can move to a higher tier during the contract period. The tier's features turn on from that point, and your account manager will explain how the price difference is settled.
